JamEaseDorian Mode – Guitar
A minor scale with a raised 6th: the jazzy, funky minor sound of Santana and 'Oye Como Va'.
Formula: 1 – 2 – b3 – 4 – 5 – 6 – b7. The shapes are movable: learn them in one key and slide them to any other. Here it is in A, the most common key to learn it in.
